Enabling Whole Foods to easily dispose of grease and oil in a grease trap located 20' below the store level.
With the trash discharge room 25' below the lowest vestibule, enable maintenance staff to safely and easily clean any possible jams.
Creating a unique grease chute that would allow the client to dispose the grease and cooking oil below ground level.
- Design a special platform with restricted access door for the maintenance team to have the ability to unclog the chute in case trash gets stuck between the last vestibule and the discharge room.
